Walk description:

The park is 1 mile from Blackburn town centre, on Preston Old Road A674, heading towards Preston, via Feniscowles. For Sat Nav users BB2 2TP.

There is a large free car park at the main entrance to the park off Preston Old Road A674
For disabled park users who wish to park at the visitor centre there is a barrier in place at the car park that can be opened with a RADAR key. This will allow access up the 400m drive (15 mph speed limit) to the visitor centre.

Witton Country Park covers 480 acres of countryside and is liberally peppered with pretty picnic spots, walks, nature trails, a small animal reserve and a visitor centre providing an ideal day out for all the family.

There are 3 designated routes for those using a tramper.

The park is open from 9am to 5pm daily.

The Visitor Centre is off Preston Old Road A674, 1 mile from Blackburn town centre. Low mobility scooters (tramper vehicles) are available for hire from the visitor centre.
